Last year the Upcycled Food Fest was a smash hit!

This November we’re back and gearing up to bring you new and exciting upcycled food experiences!

Where we were featured.

The Upcycled Food Fest was piloted in 2021 in Ontario and achieved 8.9M media impressions, demonstrating that the media and the public are keen to engage in this emerging category.

What is the Upcycled food fest?

Upcycling is the new, local, circular, (and delicious) food movement!

The Upcycled Food Fest brings delicious, sustainable, local upcycled food and experiences to consumers, restaurants, grocery stores, universities and food banks — across Canada!

What is Upcycling?

Upcycled foods use ingredients that otherwise would not have gone to human consumption, are procured and produced using verifiable supply chains, and have a positive impact on the environment.

Festival Throwback

Festival Throwback

Last year we made a big splash by launching Canada’s first upcycled meal kit, creating over 10 million media impressions.

Supporting a sustainable & local food system, the meal kit was created from Ontario-made sustainable food that otherwise would have gone to waste!
